Obtain Permission to Film
A permit must be requested for filming or photo shoots in public spaces, municipal facilities or installations when carrying out an audiovisual production.

The permit must be requested at least 5 working days in advance.

A Spanish NIF or CIF must be used for the registration process.

If you wish to film on beaches, you must first submit the corresponding application to Costes via their website.

If you wish to film in Garraf Park, you must first submit the application to the Park via its website.

The municipal permit is processed by mayoral decree, and is subject to a fee for public space occupation as set out in the applicable Fiscal Ordinance.

The Economic Promotion Department processes the permit and sends the settlement fee for public space occupation to the applicant.

Requests for filming and/or reporting in Municipal Cemeteries, whether involving general or partial exterior views, decorative elements of graves, or any part of the interior of the premises, must be submitted to the Cemeteries Administration (Gestió Integral de Cementiris de Nomber, S.L. – www.gicdenomber.es – Telephone: 93 811 20 11), with a minimum notice of 10 days before the filming date.
The corresponding fee must be paid before the start of production.
